Established in 2008 by Nze Ufondu Chijioke, Art Forest Gallery is an established Nigerian art gallery based in Owerri, Imo State. The Gallery has built its activities around the promotion and appreciation of Nigerian visual art, with a particular connection to the rich artistic and cultural heritage of the Igbo people.

Over the years, Art Forest Gallery has provided a platform for emerging and established artists to exhibit and develop their practices, while creating opportunities for audiences, collectors and art enthusiasts to engage with Nigerian art and culture.

The Gallery presents and supports a range of artistic practices across contemporary and traditional visual art. Its programmes and exhibitions provide a space for artistic exchange, cultural engagement and the appreciation of Nigeria’s diverse artistic heritage.
